Hi @gigakun,
Have you tried updating the firmware in the phone to the latest version applicable to the model?
Go to Settings > Software Updates

Please confirm the model number of your phone?
Are the apps that you're trying to install compatible with the firmware version in your phone?
Check what the Android version requirements for the app are.
