Why does my dishwasher stop draining within a month of install?

Check the drain filters for plastic protective flims that might have been missed in installation.

Check the drain pump isn't locked up. And ensure the drain hose has a proper air gap.

Test the drain plumbing with a funnel unhooked from the dishwasher.

Consider services and products like drain hogs snakes and drain bushes.

A professional plumber can use an endoscope to diagnose drain blockages

Another thing to consider is if you're on a sewer system or not. With a spetic sysyem, you may experience issues draining house wide If the whole spetic tank system is mismaintained.

If you have access to a pressure washer or air compressor you use affordable attachments to unobstruct a drain pipe.

I don't recommend chemical drain cleaners they are risky, not environmentally friendly and often ineffective.

Chemical solutions for drain cleaning are seriously dangerous if improperly handled.

Also I'd consider what sort and mass of food waste is being processed through your dishwasher

Dishwashers aren't meant to handle large food globs, fats, oils, pastas chocolate.

Check & clean your drain filters/screena regularly I also recommend dishwasher deep cleaning bottles you run by themselves and can help maintain and reduce or eliminate many hygiene and maintenance issues.

Of you are unable to find the cause I'd consider filing a warranty claim on the dishwasher the manufacturer might be able to give you insight into the issue.

I'm not a plumber but that's my best advice as a handy trade educated home owner.

Have you checked that the dishwasher's drain hose has a sufficiently high loop (higher than the drainpipe connection that the hose is connected to) to prevent the water siphoning back into the dishwasher?

You may also wish to consider installing an air gap to prevent this from happening if it does.

Have you checked how fast the water drains away in the drainpipe that the dishwasher drain hose is connected to?

It may be that if it is partially blocked that this will impede the flow and eventually may cause it stop the dishwasher draining completely.
