Where can I go to fix my steam deck, I try to power it on and the screen is just black, I searched up ways to fix it like rebooting and hitting the + button and the power button to go to the reset screen but when I get there it doesn’t let me choose an option the screen is just frozen

Do you have an video about what you've tried and what is actually happening? It could be multiple things from OS issues to a motherboard issue. Thanks in advance!
