I reset my computer and now windows can't reinstall itself

Based on your other questions you've swapped the SSD in the laptop, depending on how you did the swap the recovery partition for Windows might be gone. You need that for it to be able to reinstall Windows on its own, but it should still be able to reinstall Windows from a USB or CD.
