@battlekhat looks like the shoulder screw for the I/O board but that would be for a Late 2012 MBP Retina model and not a MacBook Pro 13" Unibody. Take a look at this guide MacBook Pro 13" Retina Display Late 2012 I/O ボードの交換 Step 24 bottom Right screw.
