@scottlieberman the connector is a Molex 78171-6006 Molex 78171 6006 Speaker Connector Not sure where you are located but you can always try Mouser.com or Farnell.com as well as many others. Oh yes, even ebay.com has those
As was previously mentioned, the pads etc all look still pretty usable but still require one jumper. Now to solder on the Apple boards needs a bit of practise, but it's not rocket science. Just use a different type of scrap circuit board to get some feeling for your soldering equipment etc. first. The parts are large enough that you do not need a microscope. One of those geeky looking visor magnifier is absolutely sufficient.
The connector repairs the same way as the fan connector. Use something like this video to see how that is done. You can also check YT for northridgefix about how to perform boardlevel soldering. Again, it's not rocket science just needs decent tools and practice.
To apply a jumper simply just means soldering a thin wire from the closest point to the torn pad to connect to the new connector. Post another image just this time zoom out so we can see the surrounding components.
If the task is too daunting and you need to send it off, there are a few fixers that we can recommend since they are known to us. Just let us know what country and possible region you reside in.
