I think I broke the battery connector
I ripped the cord when trying to disconnect it, and now it’s broken. It sparked a bunch so I yanked it out and I was wondering if the cable is replaceable.

@toaster26454 - Yes, that is the trackpad cable, did you follow the guide to properly shutdown your system? As an example the first steps in this guide MacBook Pro 13インチ Two Thunderbolt Ports 2019 バッテリーの交換
In any-case the cable is replaceable but the logic board connector is another matter.
