iPhone turns of at 30 percent
my phone turns of at 30 percent so when i charge it starts from 12 percent .its on ios 16.5

I'm guessing the battery is very worn out. Check battery health in settings, and replace the battery if the health is very low.

Battery has most likely degraded, you will need to get it replaced. Check battery health in settings, Apple recommends replacing iPhone batteries under 80%. You can get another battery at iPhone XS Battery.
