1 Turns on but no screen and no audio.

When I turn TV on, LG logo light turns off and relay clicks, but no screen or audio.
Checked power-board pins on P202 (top right) and found that there is no 24v (pwr-on) pin. (Checked both when tv is on and off, same result). All other pins seem to be in voltage range.
So I thought it might be a power-board issue and checked components around the P202. Found that C251 has no voltage along with Q204 and Q203 when power is on. However, checked most of the components on the secondary side of the power board and couldn't find any faulty components. All transformers seem to have 130v inputs.
I thought it might be main board issue, not reporting or faulty. Causing power board to fail. Not too sure though.
Any help would be great. (New to this sort of thing)

Check if the wires leading to the screen and speakers are live when you turn on the TV.

@benjaminbeard post some good pictures of all of your boards. Start with one for all of the boards and ribbon cables the way all of this is mounted in the back of your TV. Then take pictures of your complete boards. The clicking is commonly a relay on the power board that gets signal from the main board but refuses to turn on. That can be caused by things like a faulty relay or by some other board not passing its POST. Let's see what you got going on here.

Just looking at the diagram and testing the power-board pins. Should there be 24v on the 24v pin when power is on?
