Why is this phone overheating so bad a 100.5 and I can't download anything or watch my videos it's so slowi.its a government phone running on 4G
Have tried Android cleaner app,cleared catch

If the phone is overheating, the battery may need replacement

Well, it's probably your phone sucks because the government doesn't want to give away high-quality phones. Although, it could also just be a battery issue. Have you tried resetting the phone?
