Laptop screen is blinking when ser to a certain angle
It is any software or hardware problem. Please suggest to resolve the issue.

@sohailalikhan sounds like a bad display cable. If you open the screen to far it either rubs against another wire or the chassis. That can cause this or it puts strain on the circuit board by pulling, which can cause this as well.
