TV flashes rapidly. Have LG emblem and can see picture? But will not h
When turning on TV pictures, flashes every 2 seconds can see picture. Have sounds just cannot have steady picture. Is a lg LB 6300.

@whatever56276 if your picture flashes off and on it is possible that this is a bad backlight strip. Turn your brightness down as much as possible while still allowing you to see the picture. Let us know if the picture now stays on longer.
To do some further testing we would need to see your boards and their layout. unplug your TV and remove the back cover. Then take some GOOD , Clear large pictures and post those with your Question. that way we can see what you see.
