@lisamckay could be a power issue. you want to go ahead and test your charger. Make sure it has the appropriate output voltage. Next check your charging cable., Make sure it does not have any corroded, bend or missing pins. If that is okay you want to clean the charging port. A few drops of high grade isopropyl alcohol and a few puffs of compressed air will clean it out. Check for bend, corroded or missing pins. If all of that looks good, it is time to consider a battery replacement.
