I have a TI-58C Calculator and I would like to have it repaired.

A year ago my TI-58C was working fine. Last week I tried to charge it and after 24 hours I noticed that it did not charge. The batteries will not accept a charge and I could not find an exact replacement for the batteries. I ruled out the charger. I'm hoping it's not the circuit board. How can I send the calculator to you for evaluation and repair?
