I have a faulty Range Rover vogue 2017 in my office with bad steering rack….I have tried about 5 diagnostics tools on this car and they all fail in reading the vehicle vin or chassis number! Any idea on what might be done to correct this?

Verify the vehicle is legal! Check the visible VIN numbers make sure they all match and are not altered. The onboard computer could also be defective.
You may need to go the an authorized dealer shop to get this fixed.
