ABS light and more

Just got in my Renault modus and turned on ignition.

Middle of the dash just displays 2 thick horizontal lines.

On the right of it is my ABS light on.

And to the left it says stop.

The car feels stiff to drive and after about a minute I hear a bleep sound..... twice I think?

I then discovered that i can't turn on my heaters or use my electric windows.

The actual central locking on my car hasn't worked for well over a year anyway but all this has been the first time.

Everything was working fine yesterday and it's a 2010 model.

When I started to take off in it.

It felt like I still had the handbrake on.........I didn't!
