Hi,
What troubleshooting have you done?
Does the phone indicate that it is charging when the charger is connected?
If not have you tried using another known working, compatible charger/charger cable or connecting it to a computer?
If it does what happens when you try turning it on?
There's only the one way to get to the battery. The differences may lie in how you choose to remove the back cover i.e. heat gun, iOpener etc along with picks or other sharp implement etc as it has to be removed to be able to access the battery.
Here's the ifixit Samsung Galaxy Note5バッテリーの交換 guide that may help.
If the charger/charger cable are OK then the phone will have to be opened and further tested as to what the problem may be, e.g. it could be the LCD assembly or the Power button etc (do you hear the start up sound or feel the vibrate motor operate?)
