Bojidar Topalev something like this video will get you into your laptop. This video, shows you how to remove the heatpipes etc. and how to repaste. Of course, you can always use the iFixit guing about how to apply thermal paste 放熱グリスの塗布方法

There are youtube videos showing exactly that. You will need pure isopropyl alcohol to clean up the old stuff once you've removed the chip, and a tube of thermal paste specifically for CPU's from an electronic components supply shop. Don't worry about using too much; university studies here show "the more, the better", unless it's the conductive type, then be careful where you put it.
