How do you replace the haptics on the Steam Deck?

My Steam Deck came in, I think, Q2 2022. After a month or two, the haptics have gotten significantly weaker. To compare with a Q3 2022 Steam Deck (that my friend got), a lv10 haptic strength on mine feels like a lv2 haptic strength on my friend’s Steam Deck. The haptics are different between the two touchpads as well; the left one feels a level stronger than the right one.

When it comes to replacing parts to solve this issue, is the haptics “motor” on the touchpads itself, is it on a separate piece of hardware, or is it on the board?
