When we turn on the washer, the start button will not work. We turn the knob to try a different setting but it only lights up normal setting... we try to press a right side button to modify any of the other settings like deep clean or extra rinse but they won't light up either.
We tried lifting lid 6x in 12 sec. We tried counter clockwise then clockwise 2 clicks then counter clockwise then clockwise but still stuck on normal and won't start.

Here's the tech sheet for the washer.
First check the DIAGNOSTIC LED – MAIN CONTROL (ACU) as described on p.2 and if OK try to run the diagnostics as described by the guide and check what error codes result
