I opened and cleaned my MacBook pro 2020 device, after cleaning the logic board and fans with a soft brush, my computer slowed down incredibly when I closed the lid, it is not possible to move the mause cursor and the fans are always running at full speed, what problem could have happened?

It does sound like you damaged something within the logic board. I’ve seen a few cases of people inserting the slim-Jim a bit to deep hitting the logic board components. Did you follow this guide MacBook Pro 13インチ Four Thunderbolt Ports 2020 下部ケースの交換?
Carefully pop the bottom case off again and compare the images here MacBook Pro 13" (A2251, 2020) 2.3 GHz Logic Board with Paired Touch ID Sensor. Focus on the sides. Take some tight pictures of the area that looks damaged, post them here so we can see so we can guide you on what’s next.

Hi. I’d start with resetting SMC if you’re sure you have assembled your device correctly and didn’t damage any cables
