Mac Pro 3.1 with 667MHz RAM want turn on

I get it from eBay and the seller states that these are for MP3.1 and tested and working … https://www.itcreations.com/product/2286...

If I mix old 800MHz and new 667MHz MP boot up but I can’t see any NEW 667 modules in system reports BUT can seen OLD 800MHz running on 667MHz … :(

I’ve never had much luck getting older memory from online sources other than from a real memory house. Sadly, it’s hit or miss. Try another source.

So I made more test's and 667 MHz RAM's working on other server (nonApple), what I found on the internet this RAM should be compatible with 3.1 (working on 1.1) so where can be problem ? Any ideas ?
