The fourth-generation Ram pickup truck (called Dodge Ram until 2010) was introduced in 2008 for the 2009 model year and sold as the Dodge Ram 1500. The 2500, 3500, 4500, and 5500 models were later added to the lineup.
Tried Ram forums where owners may be more helpful? I use rockauto for parts lookup and don't see maf sensors listed. Map sensor yes. Maf sensor no. Virtually all mass air flow (maf) sensors reside in a round air intake housing between air filler and throttle body. The maf sensor itself is mounted into the housing with a multiple pin connector protruding from it. Be sure the intake air assembly connected to throttle body doesn't have an air leak between maf sensor and throttle body. All airflow must go thru the maf sensor to detect airflow volume for the EFI system.
