According to the user manual (see download link at bottom of page) there's a 1 year warranty on the product.
If yours is <1 year old and you still have proof of purchase, contact the Brand Developers customer service section and get it repaired or replaced under warranty.

hello it is a Air Roaster PRO. When I put it on it has three dashes - - - on the display. It will not even allow me to push a function button. Its practically brand new used four times. Let me know please? Thank you
