What is this part?
My Macbook stopped booting. I opened it and I realise the following flex cable seems to be broken.
Does anyone what this connection is meant to do? I could not find any information on the web.
I highlighted the connector in green.

Can you give us a hint ;-}
What appears to be wrong with your system? And why you think this cable is the issue.
How about posting a picture of your logic board connector and one showing the cable so we can see what's damaged.
