Battery replaced but still not working correctly

I replaced the battery. The apple logo showed up for a second then goes black. The screen still glows, there is just a black glowing screen. What is wrong with it?

There may be some damage to the logic board. Have you checked for water damage? Are the liquid indicators red?

What was the state of the phone before you replaced the battery? Was the phone turning on but having a degraded battery? Was the phone not turning on to begin with at all?
