MacBook Pro restarting when unplugged
Hello everyone,
I have a Macbook Pro - 13inch Retina- that keeps restarting when I pull the cord. Few things to mention:
- The battery is not dead. It runs perfectly fine for long periods when unplugged.
- I have reset the SMC multiple times with the help of Apple support on phone.
- I have erased the Mac clean and installed a fresh OS. Thereby eliminating any software issue or kernel panic (I hope)
- I have the set the system into "Safe Mode", "Recovery Mode", "Diagnostic Mode"and every time I remove the power. the system restarts.
- I have run diagnostics and there were no errors.
- I have replaced the DC-In Board with a new one and problem is still the same.
Please tell me if I am not doing something correct.
Thank you.
