Which wireless card do you mean, the WLAN or the WWAN?

Here’s the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop, taken from this webpage (select 3rd page of results for guides at bottom of the list)

Go to the bottom of p.64 to see the necessary pre-requisite step and then the procedure to remove/replace the WLAN card.

Go to the bottom of p.65 to see the necessary pre-requisite step and then the procedure to remove/replace the WWAN card.

Here’s an image from the parts list for the 2 model variants of the laptop showing the part numbers for all the various WLAN cards compatible with both the laptops. As the part numbers are identical for both model variants they will work in either laptop.

The part number for the WWAN card is 04W3786. It is the same for both laptop model variants

If you search online using the part number only in the search box of your browser you will get results for suppliers of the part.
