Transfer data help please

The screen is unresponsive. I didn’t back my phone up. How can I transfer my data to Mac or new phone?

You will have to put a screen on it before you can transfer data. Changing the screen won't cause you to lose data unless you/they completely destroy it. See if someone has a spare screen they use as a test screen that you can borrow. Or a repair shop can get your data or have them put a new screen on it.

@barriphone sprint put a new screen but it still isn’t working I think it’s the logic board. I don’t care about the phone I just care about my pictures and stuff.

Unfortunately you have to hit something on the screen to verify that the phone is ok to connect to the computer. You will also have to unlock the phone first. Do you have iCloud storage? If you have iCloud storage it comes with 5gb of memory backup for free from Apple and you can get 50gb of data for 1 dollar a month. If you have iCloud back up it's a simple fix.

Have you tried restarting your device? It may sound pretty basic, but when your screen is unresponsive , simply restarting your touch screen device is usually all it takes to fix the problem.

If the USB debugging is opened on your iPhone X, you can use Coolmuster iOS Assistant for Mac to help you transfer data from your iPhone X to Mac without touching it. You just need to connect it to Mac via USB cable. Then it will scan out all data on them. After that, you can back up them to Mac easily. Hope this will be your help.
