No. The issue is it doesn’t recognize I am touching the screen. Both the volume and the power button work. Sprint put a new LCD screen but didn’t fix the issue. @imicrosoldering
Will be a logic board issue than. There is not much you can do besides checking the LCD connector is seated properly. Other than you will have to have it diagnosed by a repair shop or if it is under warranty take it back.
