Shows/movies play sound but have no picture and you are unable to exit
So the Apple TV appears to work great- screen starts up, can click on apps… but once you click on a video, the loading symbol appears in the middle of the screen and freezes.
you can hear the audio of the media you selected but are unable to see it.
the only way to stop it is to wait for it to eventually crash or to unplug it to restart.
i cannot even restore it to factory settings as it freezes up.
