SIII Sprint Chipset (SPH-L710)?

I want to microsolder a new memory chip onto my SIII Sprint (SPH-L710) to upgrade it to the maximum 32GB model, but I don’t know specifically what NAND flash memory it uses. What is it? There isn’t really much documentation on this, so I need some help.
