Lower Spray arm not spinning Delonghi DEDW45S

Our dishwasher is fresh out of warranty and just started not washing the bottom rack of dishes :( The top rack still works beautifully. I’ve cleaned the dishwasher, cleaned the spray arms out, checked that they spin freely and done a test cycle opening the door and yep - bottom arm does not spin.

The machine is one that can do a 1/2 cycle (top shelf wash only), so I assume that means there is some method of diverting the water, and that this seems the likely issue?

I’ve had a look at a few spare parts places after reading some other people’s solutions, but I can’t find a diverter part in the exploded view of parts (for the full-width model DEDW645S there is, but there doesn’t seem to be one for the narrow model we have) - any suggestions on where to proceed from here? Am I going to need a tech to come out and look at it?

i couldn’t get anything on your model number but feel you may have two impellers and the lower one broken or jammed:

Wash Impeller

The wash impeller is a small plastic blade that forces water up through the wash arms. If the impeller is broken or is missing some of its fins, it might not generate enough pressure to force the water up through the wash arms. On most models, you can replace the wash impeller independently of the pump and motor assembly. Search for your model number to determine if your impeller is replaceable. If the impeller cannot be replaced separately, you will have to replace the entire pump and motor assembly.
