3D touch not responsive

So recently I bought an iPhone X screen I replaced it and it’s great colors are good brightness and everything on the screen working perfectly (is good it’s a high quality screen) but there is the 3d touch it’s not responsive, is there anything I should do please help because 250$ for a screen that doesn’t work 100% is very disappointing especially when you buy from a high rated store as “ifixit”.
