The SSD is Samsung Evo 840 500Gb and I also bought the adapter NEWERTECH ADAPTADRIVE 2.5 TO 3.5 DRIVE CONVERTER BRACKET MAC/PC

I have checked everything but nothing happens..

When I remove the adapter and set only the SSD I can boot with command r and trying to install Mac is with original dvds but the installations fails..

And when I m trying to boot from USB nothing happens no commands works and only I can see the flashing question marks on screen...

First see if it will boot with the old drive before trying to upgrade it.

You will also need a backward compatible the SATA II 3 GHz SSD drive
