New battery needs service, only four charging cycles

I replaced the battery in my 15” macbook pro mid 2011. It has gone through four charging cycles but it says the battery needs servicing. I’ve tried some methods online but onthing has helped. When I put the battery in initially, it worked excellently. Can anyone help me?

Who's battery did you install?

Also install this gem of an app CoconutBattery. take a snapshot of the main window so we can see what your battery looks like iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法

I installed this one. MacBook Pro 15" Unibody (Early 2011-Mid 2012) Battery It's currently plugged in.

You'll need to contact the iFixit store for a replacement.
