Device connected, paired but plays no sound

Hi,

My device is connected to my phone, a song plays, but it stays muted. Tried updating the firmware, reconnecting, using the app, nothing seems to work. It stopped working after I charged it for a longer time, if that is of any help.

Thanks for any help.
