Why isnt MacBook Pro 2018 vega 20 not available in india?

Sorry you can’t buy the system you want. We have no idea why Apple doesn’t sell the Vega GPU based systems yet in India.
Importation into India does take a bit of time as devices needed to go through a lengthly importation process.
If you can travel, I would recommend you go to a country that offers it and pick it up there. You do run a risk here if your system encounters an issue under warranty, it might not be covered within either India Apple Store’s or even the authorized independent stores. I would strongly recommend paying the extra for the AppleCare+ contract in any case.

Just curious, how much would the shipping cost?
IFIXIT is not a store that sells Apple gear and I'm only a volunteer here answering questions to help people with their repair issues (review my info card for more about me).
I think you'll need to make the effort to contact Apple directly in India and maybe Korea or Japan depending on where you can get to. Shipping into India as far as I know is very expensive! Between the duties and taxes the government imposes.
Thanks for the answer, i actually tried that but funny thing happend. They had no clue whats an vega 20 or if theirs been an update recently.
I think you'er hitting a supply chain type of problem. The farthest point from where the product is shipped from often doesn't have the latest news or product.
You also need to realize the older product needs to be sold before the newest. The Vega models are still very new and Apple did a quiet upgrade no big news event.
