Hello, My Macbook Pro 2012 was kept away turned off for like 3-4 months, and now it wont turn on at all.
The cooler fan wont even rotate, the battery is charging though, the charging cable shows green first then orange light.
i have tried disconecting battery and pressing power button for 5 seconds, also tried pressing command+option+r+p+power.

Let the system charge for the night. Did the MagSafe LED get to Green? If not I think your battery is gone and you'll need to get a fresh one.

Yes it did get to green! Still no power on at all.
OK, Now follow the four first steps in this guide MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2012のバッテリーの交換 press and hold the power button for a good minute, reconnect the battery and try starting the system again did that work? keep the cover off so you can see the fan did it start up?
Just did it, still nothing, the fan do not start... btw it shouldnt work by only connected to the power charger and battery unpluged?

Your logic board has an issue with the power system logic as you're not getting any reaction is that correct?
