I have used the Parts Guru repair center (not factory authorized). They have diagrams, parts, and provide repair services. My experience with them is great so far (I purchased a brew group rebuild kit from them for my Impressa A9). Their website is a little “odd”, though.
The proper answer is to contact Jura Customer Support from their website.
