A1502 water moisture indicators?

Hi,

I just bought an 1502 MacBook Pro 13 early 2015 that spent a night outside and that has been revived by a tech that deoxydated it prevently. It works perfectly but I would like to see the water indicators because I would like to change the lcd which has the coating that scratched off ( officialy recognized and authorized replacement program ) , but I would like to know if there is any presence of liquid contact before taking it over apple store.

do you please know where is the moisture/water indicators on the MacBook Pro a1504 early 2015 please ?

I've never heard of Deoxydated sounds like some mumbo-jumbo to me.

Did he use a vacuum chamber to draw off the water? Or properly clean the parts.

He just cleaned the motherboard with isopropylic alcohol, and took off water from the keyboard, as the seller told me.

Do you please know where the water contact indicators are? Thanks !

Alright but I want to know where the water indicators are, so that I can see myself if Apple will kick me out from the lcd replacement program or not. :´o

they will say that they can’t replace if it has water damage, right?

At this point I can tell you the logic board markers have been activated from the isopropyl alcohol so it's not really worth worrying about.

If you are concerned you still have damage then you’ll need to go in and do a full cleaning your self.

Ah ... Now I'm seeing what you are aiming for! Apple will likely deny you as the signs of wetness is more than the markers alone.

Using a reagent quality 85% or better Isopropyl Alcohol is often used. I personally use distilled water as the first bath to also neutralize the acids & sugars of a drink or minerals in tap & spring water then I go with the Iso as it helps in pulling the water out.

The different series have them in different places to be honest I don't remember all of the locations and as I stated Apple won't focus on them alone.
