NFC Apple pay not working

I now this question have been asked a few times, but I am still missing a good answer. It stopped working after I changed a broken screen

1) Could someone send a picture of the correct part? 2) And also a picture of where the part is placed 3)Could someone explain to me how this could happen? I did not touch the area where I think the part is by the camera

Any news on this? Apple pay also does not work on my iPhone 7 (nothing happens when close to a payment device) but couldn't work out what part is to be changed...

Hello Hans,

The Stockholm subsystem is quite complicated, faults often occur in the vicinity of the BT antenna, but it is not so obvious and certain. There are two ways to approach the problem:

  1. check the action from the software side: start the phone -->>. open the wallet application -->> enter the card details -->> start the ApplePay actions. If you see your card on the screen and the information about the necessity to put the phone in front of the reader - the test is passed.
  2. 2. Measure the continuity of the antenna core. Rather does not break, but sometimes due to contamination or corrosion, especially on the BT bridge side of the antenna. Often it is enough to clean the contact pads and everything starts to work normally.
