Can I repair my adapter cable?
it is possible to reconnect the the cable to the adapter in a clean way? its giving issues and finding a replacement charger is tough

Karim Esquivel it sounds like you are talking about the AC adapter. You can remove part of the wire and resolder a new adapter. Post some pictures of where you think your wire is bad and what the adapters ends look like. Use this guide iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法 for that so that we can see what you see.

I had the same problem. I could not find the same plug (connector), so I cut off the cable from the original adapter and mounted it to an universal adapter for the correct voltage. I can't remember what the exact specification was (I think it was 12V), but I can look it up if you're interested.
