The Visual Land Prestige Elite 8Q is an 8-inch Android tablet produced by Visual Land.
If this is an Android based device the Wi-Fi setup should pretty straight forward. Open the Settings app on the tablets main screen, head to the network tab and select your network SSID.
If you are unable to connect to your network check your router to make sure that your device is not coming up as an intruder, or an unknown device. Sometimes routers block devices on the network because of security issues. If the device is recognized on your router verify the tablet has a strong signal strength.
If the problem still persists try to reset your tablets network settings, this will ensure that the tablet's network settings have been factory restored
