my iphone 7 keep searching when i do restore itunes say (-1) error now its stuck on boot logo is there any hardware problem or other problem

100% hardware issue. Issue is either the audio chip or baseband power chip needing jumper wires for weak pads and replacing the chip.
Reputable microsolders can fix this issue for you.
Common issue on 7's due to the weak spot of the board flexing near Sim reader.

Unfortunately you won't be able to do this yourself without a rework station and soldering tools.
