For a backlight problem, you will need to check the backlight circuit (U1502) on the logic board (have you already tried another screen first?). The usual failure point is with the backlight filters (Fl2024/FL2025/FL2026) so that is what you must check first. If the filters are okay, then work your way back to the backlight diode (D1501), the backlight coil (L1503) and the backlight driver itself (U1502).
You will need to find and download the schematic for the iPhone 6 if you haven't already done so.

For micro soldering you must have a microscope. About backlight, you need view mother board in detail under microscope, in 80% you can find suspicious SMD components on board, and fix your Phone.

check filter FL2024 Fl2026 Fl2025 and Fl2044 Fl2045 Fl2046
to check filter you need to put your path in each pin no beep filter is dead change it after that no way change u1501. good luck
