What was wrong with old battery?
No open after battery went flat no charge?
If yes, Tristar charging chip on board need replace usually.

I had changed the Baterry,but did not power on.
Can you get apple logo with no battery and charger plugged in?
If yes, it's usually Tristar chip need replacement on logic board.
Otherwise check charging port. If charging cable no plug in fully clean port carefully.
Old battery may be still okay, if phone not charging flat battery it is usually that.
Usually what you get is phone went flat and not charging or power on anymore, that is usually either Tristar chip needing replacement or charger port need cleaning or replacement (if pins damaged).
Worst case is charging port and Tristar and battery needing replacement.
Troubleshooting need to be done by try another charging port, battery then Tristar chip.
