You can try screens from other "serious" suppliers like MobileSentrix, Injured Gadgets, Mobile Defenders etc. They are stateside so shipping may even be free depending on how much the order is worth. I'll let you do the follow-up research.
Most suppliers, including iFixit offer two types of screen quality. Aftermarket, which is lower cost and may have some slight color differences or a viewing angle that is inferior. It may also have a weaker bonding of the internal frame structure. Finally, it may also have a shorter warranty period.
Premium/OEM/Choice grade screens will feature components (LCD/Glass/Digitizer/Flexes) that are built to Apple quality specs. Additionally they will typically be assembled with a cold-glue bonding process, which offers better long-term strength. Finally, they usually come with a long or even lifetime guarantee.
In the end you get what you pay for.
