LCD salvaging process and tools

Just a little background info.

I have been replacing iPhone screens for over a year. Over the time I have obtained a few hundred Original apple LCD screens with broken glass.

I am now wanting to take the broken glass off the LCD and put new glass on them so cut back cost on my screen ordering.

I've sescufully taken broken glass off two of the LCD, one I broken the LCD in the process. The second one went perfect. I used playing cards and heat. One of them I broke the housing bracket for the LCD but got the LCD out and cleaned the glue off with alachol and my finger.

Since I'm new at this I was looking for tips and tricks.

Also where do you buy replacement housing brackets for the LCD to sit in and also where do you order your glass? Also where do you get your glue to re glue the glass onto the LCD and what kind of glue?

Also what is your success rate at removing just the glass as I seem to not have much of a problem removing it unless it's busted into 1000 cracks lol.
