2 Why TV show picture after I low brightness below 29?

MODEL: 42LC2RR
Problem :
TV show picture after i low brightness below 29.
Below brightness 50 picture is blue, after brightness go below 29 picture is normal
but too much bright.
Even brigtness 0 change nothing
@munem2x is the picture all blue or just a blue tint? Post some images of what your screen looks like with the different settings. Right now it sounds like it is an issue with the mainboard. iFixitでの質問に画像を追加する方法
